I already have an accountant, so why do I need Robinett?

We're not here to replace your accountant; we leave the tasks of taxation and auditing to them while we carry out the bookkeeping functions we specialise in. We deliver cost-effective off-site services and deliver accurate, detailed and straightforward reports and files which you or your accountant can use.

How do your bookkeeping services work?

Firstly, we'll meet to discuss your bookkeeping requirements. Then you can simply send us your documents by post or fax, or scan them and email them to us; whatever is easiest for you. As soon as we receive your paperwork we'll update your records. We can then provide you with management reports such as financial statements and aged debtor and creditor reports.

How much do your bookkeeping services cost?

Our aim is to provide you with an exceptional yet cost-effective service. All our bookkeeping services are tailored to suit your exact requirements; you decide how much or how little support you require and then we agree on a monthly fee.

Who do you do bookkeeping for?

Our clients span a diverse range of industries - from education, training and development, to recruitment, and NHS and private medical. At Robinett, we always take time to get to know your business; so if your industry requires a specific procedural practice, that's no problem, we're always happy to learn. Most of our clients are based in either London or Surrey, however, we're more than happy to work with you if you're based elsewhere in the UK.

I'm unsure about outsourcing such an important function?

Initially, outsourcing your bookkeeping can seem like a daunting prospect. But very quickly you'll discover that working with Robinett will bring nothing but benefits including cost savings and efficiency gains.

Do you complete the work at my premises?

No. We're a fully outsourced bookkeeping service which means we don't take up any desk space in your office and you don't have to wait for a weekly or monthly visit to ask us a question; you can call us any time.

How secure are my records?

Extremely secure. Data on our system is backed up on a daily basis. It is encrypted and transmitted to a remote location and held on two 'bank level security' mirrored servers.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No-one signs a contract. You can come and go as you please. But we find the majority of our clients value the bookkeeping services we provide and many have been with us for years.
