What size of businesses do you work for?

Clients’ turnover typically ranges from £200K up to about £4M.


How much are your fees?

Our fees are based primarily on the volumes of paperwork and data involved. Once we have assessed your requirements, we will propose a monthly set fee.


What software do you use?

Sage50.


Can you convert to Sage50 from other packages and spreadsheets?

Yes


Will you submit VAT returns on our behalf?

Yes, we will register as your ‘agent’ and submit VAT returns via our HMRC agent account.


What reports can you produce?

The best answer is ‘the reports that are useful to you and your business’. That can be bespoke to you, but generally starts with Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Aged Creditors, Aged Debtors, Cashflow. Our main objectives are two-fold: 1) to satisfy your obligations to keep and maintain accurate records 2) provide you with useful reports to help you run your business.


Do I still need an accountant?

Yes, you will need separate accountant for your year-end accounts. We act as your day-to-day accounts department, but are solely focused on the bookkeeping work.


Can you help with Payroll?

Yes, we can run payroll for 1 employee upwards. Please contact us for a quote.
